Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to return a backpack that arrived with a deep scratch has been impossible. The person answering the phone is incapable of sending an email with a return label.

I ordered a smartwatch for Father’s Day…
I ordered a smartwatch for Father’s Day on 2nd June thinking it’s enough time for them to deliver come 15th June started ringing them and was assured it will be with me before 19th
As they were closed on Sunday I started ringing them and twice they put the phone down on me which very rude.and third time one of the support team they tried to diliver but I wasn’t in what a lie cos any dilivery co they leave a card to go and pick up from the pick up point
All I got was an apology and a promo code of 20% for my next purchase PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM FOSSIL REALLY WORST

VERY BAD AFTERSALES..
I send my watch for repair i bought from a trusted retail store with a good price (Harvey Norman) since the watch is very old. But when it suddebly has problems, i sent for warranty and they said "WARRANTY VOID CAUSE ITS MY PROBLEM". Yoo wtf i came from a long way to your place thru and forth and you give me this crappy details? Is this FOSSIL COMPANT how you get more money in the verge of BANKRUPTCY? Its from Fossil Malaysia

We purchased 2 smart watches at the Mcarthurglen store. Kamal provided the greatest service. She was super knowledgeable and took the time to pair our watches and look for an alternate strap for my watch. She was pleasant and explained the watches functions! We haven't had customer service even remotely close to the service she provided to us!
HITTING A WALL
A brand new hp wallet from Fossil gave way when used for the first time. Not my first purchase but definitely my last! What was so discouraging and frustrating was taking it to the Suntec outlet to be told they do not do repairs. Interestingly enough they hand out a SHUKEY card as an alternative. And i thought to myself, they are indeed well-prepared for these complaints. All 3 staff stand behind the counter (strength in numbers), cold and expressionless, with zero customer service. Poor training of very young staff.
In frustration, i requested for the customer service contact to report this and on the card handed to me, found a service centre number and an email address.:{

After I sent my watch the their repair shop, because it stopped to work.Battery issues after 2 months.
Got it back and after the first use it started to have water drops inside.
I sent it back and again the day I received it the glass fall off and I washed the whole thing because I did not realized it gone as these watches are expensive.
They just cannot fix a watch.
I was promised a replacement, but since the promise there is no answer from the customer service team and they asked me to send my watch back to the repair shop. I can see the tracking shows it is there.
Really shameful what this company does with customers.

I always buy at their website and every time there is a problem. Last november I made an order and after two days they cancelled it saying the items are not available anymore. I have to make another order. And I was debited for the last order.
After a week or so,two orders came.
And then they contacted me saying, I OWE them money.
Did not even bother to ask for apology because of their own error.
They just assumed I needed to pay for the error they made. What a scam! You force your client to pay for your error.
I was waiting for them to atleast give me an option if I wanted to keep it and pay for it or if I could kindly return it!
Now after 6 months of battling, talking to lots of agent. Still I needed to pay,no discount, no nothing!!!
I even needed to pay for one missing item in the box!!!!
Some agents said it is all been taken cared of and the last one said I still needed to pay!
So disappointing!!!!
I paid already and this will be the last time you will scam me.
Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service. Uninterested, disrespectful and unhelpful. Delivery very very slow and wrong product received although correct code on it. I was advised to ‘try again’ might get the right one next time! I will never buy from them again, and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
I bought 1 watch for our anniversary, they charged me twice for it. They charged me 2 slightly different amounts on 2 different days, when I called to ask why I was told it was common practice. They said it soukd be reversed in3-5, days, hasn't happened yet. I have filed a dispute with my bank. These guys are sketchy, be aware.

Wish I never bought anything from them.
This is a very frustrating and stressful company to do deal with. No respect or concern for their customers. Ordered 6 days and still no shipment. Tried to cancel. No option. Was told on the 6th working day it has been shipped. Where is the tracking number? Nothing. No shipment confirmation. Called the Europe CS. They lie and don't know anything. Wish I never bought anything from them.
Incredibly disappointing product.
This was a gift from my fiance, just before the pandemic and it's a handsome watch but...it lost time quickly.
The battery stopped within 6 weeks. Winder is sticky and catches. It'd hardly been worn. Popped it in a draw.
Decided to remove backplate to swap a new battery in a couple of years later, realising it was out of warranty (Fossil didn't respond to me reaching out to them prior to this). I lifted the plate away without too much force and hardly a scratch - but it's genuinely impossible to refit the plate. Have tried every safe technique and tool. And while i hear a ticking, the mechanism is broken - the hand doesn't turn.
Everything about this is incredibly disappointing.

After checkout they said the product will be delivered within 4-6 working days. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received anything. Emailed them twice and both replies are contradicting.

This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
Cancelled items still in stock and never refunded
I placed an order for some bags, all of which were later cancelled with no explanation and no apology. The items are still in stock online for purchase. The cancellation email states I was not charged for the items. Well they certainly charged me and I still have not yet received a refund. Not happy and will not recommend to anyone.
